About Pam

Pam is an experienced person-centred counsellor known for her calm, compassionate and thoughtfully client-led approach.

With over 20 years’ combined experience across education, social care and counselling, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Taking the first step can feel daunting but you don’t have to do this alone.

Sessions are available in person in Whitley Bay or online across the UK. I offer a free initial consultation so you can get a feel for whether working together feels right. I am a registered member of the BACP and work in line with their ethical framework.
